2. Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency relevant to your shopping location.

EU prices include VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU exclude VAT – local taxes and customs duties may apply upon delivery.

Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, and Jorgobé does not have access to your card details.

Your card will only be charged upon dispatch of your order.

We accept the following payment methods:

Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay
Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. PayPal
Local payment methods: MobilePay, Bancontact (Belgium), iDEAL (Netherlands)

3. Delivery

We ship worldwide from Denmark.

Estimated delivery time:

EU: usually 1–3 business days
Outside EU: depends on destination and customs processing
Orders placed on weekdays are normally dispatched within 12 hours.

4. Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Returns & Complaints
EU customers: 30-day right of withdrawal (EU law requires 14 days – we offer more).

Non-EU customers: We also offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

EU customers have a 24-month complaint period under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Non-EU complaint rights may vary depending on local laws.

6. Privacy Policy
We only collect the personal data necessary to process your order and improve your shopping experience.

Your data is stored securely for 5 years (required by Danish accounting law).

We never sell your data.
